Whose products do we offer?

We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and their finance products which may have different interest rates and charges. We are not an independent financial advisor. We will explain to you the key features and suitability of your chosen product, subject to assessing your needs and personal circumstances. You will be provided with all the information you require to make an informed choice. The commission we receive will never be our primary decision of which lender we will place the agreement with. Depending on your circumstances, you may be able to negotiate a better or different finance arrangement if you shop around.

Do you have to pay for our service or do we receive any commission?

We do not charge a fee for arranging finance for you.

We will try to obtain the finance arrangement which you were quoted from our limited panel of lenders or a suitable alternative.

Whichever lender we introduce you to, we will receive commission from them based on your fixed APR and this may be a fixed fee or percentage and is based on the amount borrowed.

We do not have any discretion to negotiate or adjust your interest rate, APR or any other item included in the total charge for credit.

The lenders we work with could pay commission at different rates. However, the amount we receive does not have an effect on the amount that you pay to that lender under your credit agreement.

You will be provided with a Commission Disclosure Document in good time and before you sign your finance agreement, which contains the likely amount of commission we will receive from the lender.
