Lead Management / Handover Advisor

Full Time

CRM management, to include ensuring all data inputted on CRM system daily and allocating all leads / reallocating where applicable to ensure all contacted quickly to increase customer experience, where Sales advisor not available calling and introducing company to customers and obtaining good time for call back by sales.

Answering phone to gain information for sales when no one available.

Management of CRM system on daily basis inputting and allocating as required.

Progress Chasing, 1st point of contact for sales to ensure a smooth sale to handover experience, by inputting data onto relevant systems and liasing with other areas of business to ensure cars are prepped for handover as required.

Managing sales / customer expectations on delivery dates by updating on agreed handover dates.

Single point of contact from Sales to Service / Bodyshop / Valeter ensuring no queue jumping on prep.

Input of preparation sheets daily, providing progress update to Sales / Customers in absence to provide a greater experience and ensure all departments are working to maximise efficiency by being correct 1st time.

Other duties may be required and are not limited to above examples driving, assisting in absence.

Monday - Friday and Occasional weekends as business requires.

£25,000 OTE.

Full Time
To ensure that all sold vehicles are prepared to a very high standard.
The expected standard is that of a fully detailed valet. Additionally, all sales pitch cars to be cleaned to a very high standard for presentation to potential customers. Collection and delivery of vehicles will also be required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure vehicles are presented to a very high standard (Detailed Valet) Both interior and exterior.
  • Applying appropriate cleaning agents, gels and waxes onto vehicles as required to achieve the desired results.
  • Keep work area clean and tidy which can include the site car parks and entrances.
  • Fuel cars as necessary and ensuring receipts are passed to the necessary people.
  • Report any damage or defects which may be identified whilst moving or being cleaned to the appropriate person.
  • Clean all cars on the sales pitch to ensure that they are presented to a very high standard.

Experience Required

  • Previous detailing / valet experience essential.


  • Full driving licence clean preferred - up to but no more than 6 points considered.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail, ability to work accurately and determine own priorities.

Vehicle Technician

Full Time
We are looking for a conscientious fully experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to join our existing team.

You will efficiently carry out service and repairs to vehicles to meet the Companies targets whilst maintaining a "right first time" attitude therefore ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Monday - Friday, Alternate Saturday mornings

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Carry out service and repairs to motor vehicles.
  • To work safely adhering to Company policy.
  • To complete any work in an effective and efficient manner.
  • To adopt a "right first time" attitude.
  • To maintain a suitable level of relevant technical knowledge.
  • Carry out administration associated with task in hand.
  • Keep work area clean and tidy.
  • Complete a Vehicle Health Check (VHC) on every vehicle.

Experience Required

  • Preferably ATA accredited.
  • NVQ level 1, 2 & 3.
  • 5 years franchise experience preferred.
