CRM management, to include ensuring all data inputted on CRM system daily and allocating all leads / reallocating where applicable to ensure all contacted quickly to increase customer experience, where Sales advisor not available calling and introducing company to customers and obtaining good time for call back by sales.
Answering phone to gain information for sales when no one available.
Management of CRM system on daily basis inputting and allocating as required.
Progress Chasing, 1st point of contact for sales to ensure a smooth sale to handover experience, by inputting data onto relevant systems and liasing with other areas of business to ensure cars are prepped for handover as required.
Managing sales / customer expectations on delivery dates by updating on agreed handover dates.
Single point of contact from Sales to Service / Bodyshop / Valeter ensuring no queue jumping on prep.
Input of preparation sheets daily, providing progress update to Sales / Customers in absence to provide a greater experience and ensure all departments are working to maximise efficiency by being correct 1st time.
Other duties may be required and are not limited to above examples driving, assisting in absence.
Monday - Friday and Occasional weekends as business requires.
