Mercedes A Class Review With Mike Brewer Motors

The newest version of the Mercedes A Class is really something special! Now in its 4th generation, we thought we’d review the latest version of the Mercedes A Class to show you how it differs from its predecessors.

One of the best additions is the huge digital dashboard and seriously impressive infotainment system. Some of the models include augmented reality navigation, USB sockets, DAB radio and the “Hey Mercedes” personal assistant!

The augmented reality navigation is a really useful feature when driving around unfamiliar towns or junctions, because it helps you to take the correct exit or turning. The voice-activated personal assistant is great when you need to change your route whilst driving, or simply for keeping you and your passengers entertained!

Once you get used to the size of the digital dashboard, we found it simple and intuitive to use and it can be easily operated from controls on the steering wheel or via touchscreen and touchpad.

The interior has a premium, luxurious feel about it and some of the trims include added extras such as ambient lighting options and reading lights for your passengers.

The gorgeous interior is not the only improvement that Mercedes have made to the A Class; they’ve also given the headlights a sleek design, improved the visibility when manoeuvring the car, increased the size of the boot and some models have a reversing camera too!

Overall, we thought the new Mercedes A Class gives a smooth and efficient ride; we loved the premium look and feel to the car, and we were very impressed with the technology – in particular the augmented reality navigation.

We have a large number of used Mercedes A Class for sale at our Sheffield and Luton dealerships, with part exchange and finance options available.
